What Our Mobility Programmes Offer

EMPI Erasmus+ mobilities offer students and teachers the opportunity to learn in a real international environment.

Our mobility programmes in Italy are designed to help each participant strengthen their professional skills, develop social competences, discover a new culture and open meaningful paths for future growth.

Unlike traditional internships, our programmes include placements not only in companies, but also:

  • with local artisans, who preserve traditional crafts,

  • with professional chefs, introducing participants to authentic Italian gastronomy,

  • with creators, craftsmen and artists, working in genuine cultural settings,

  • within the local service and hospitality sector, rooted in long-standing traditions,

  • in local schools and educational institutions, through job-shadowing experiences.

We are also able to host participants with various special educational needs, ensuring an adapted, safe and supportive environment. Individual mentoring, tailored tasks and guided integration help every learner feel confident and included.

These mobility experiences allow participants to:

  • gain practical professional skills in real workplaces,

  • strengthen intercultural and social competences,

  • develop teamwork, responsibility and self-confidence,

  • discover Italy from the inside – through people, culture and daily life,

  • return home with greater clarity, confidence and motivation for their future.

Our programmes are thoughtfully organised to ensure that learning is not only effective, but also supportive, accessible and human-centred for every participant, regardless of their background, abilities or experience.

How to become our partners

We collaborate with schools, vocational centres and educational institutions that value meaningful learning experiences and responsible international mobility.

Our partnerships include:

  • Colleges

  • Vocational Training Centres

  • Technology and Business Schools

  • Tourism Schools

  • Craft and Artisan Schools

  • Upper Secondary Schools

  • Lower Secondary Schools

We work with partners in Lithuania, across the European Union, and with educational institutions in other countries worldwide, expanding opportunities for international learning, cultural exchange and professional development.

If your organisation is looking for a reliable partner in Italy, here is how you can join our network:

1. Get in touch

Send us an email with basic information about your organisation, your students’ profiles and the type of mobility you are planning (VET, school education, job-shadowing or group mobility).

2. Share your needs

We will discuss your expectations, preferred dates, group size and professional fields. This helps us design a programme that truly fits your students and teachers.

3. Receive a tailored mobility proposal

Based on your needs, we prepare a clear mobility plan: accommodation, placements, learning outcomes, activities and support services.

4. Sign the partnership agreement

Once both sides approve the programme, we formalise the cooperation with a simple Erasmus+ agreement.

5. Prepare for arrival together

We support you with all practical details – travel information, accommodation, communication channels, safety guidelines and pre-departure instructions.

6. Start our partnership

Your group arrives in Italy, and we take care of the rest: welcome meeting, mentoring, monitoring, activities and full support throughout the entire stay.
